Workhouse at Union Terminal

As a nonprofit, we’re proud to call the newly renovated Union Terminal Warehouse our new home. It's perfectly located between Downtown & The Historic Eastside Neighborhood (two prime locations). The passion for preserving this historic building is evident, and it’s inspiring to be part of a space with so much character and history. The office spaces and common areas are beautiful, well thought out, and create a welcoming environment. The staff have been incredibly welcoming, thoughtful, and always willing to help, even when they don’t have all the answers right away. The tenants we’ve met so far have been friendly and collaborative, it already feels like a community. A wonderful place for organizations & companies who value both history and connection!

To clarify since the owner responded: The Wi-Fi password was never accurately provided to me nor was it posted anywhere. I asked multiple other coworkers who weren’t able to tell me what it was either and they weren’t able to find it posted anywhere as stated. I very literally had to guess it as a variation to what was provided after walking to the office twice, messaging, and asking other people coworking. The window units that were offered as an alternative to the model were priced more than $100 per month above the model and were directly next door to the model unit that was listed as available online. This is called the bait and switch method - to be clear on the business tactics employed by UT. I was never shown the model unit, nor any window unit, when touring, to speak to that poi

Workhouse at Union Terminal Apartments is a perfect mix of historic charm and modern living. The renovated warehouse design gives the place so much character, and the amenities are incredible — from the rooftop terrace to the on-site café. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish, community-focused place to live in Jacksonville!

Beautiful and clean office spaces. The environment is very friendly. Working here feels more cozy and at home, making days more enjoyable. Definitely recommend a space here!

Great place to setup shop! Whether it be for a conference call or just some alone time to knock out a few to do’s! Bring your laptop OR book and a cup of coffee and enjoy the views of an offsite jobsite!
