I have NEVER had wax appointment better than with Ms. Niya!! She is very knowledgeable, relatable, and provided the most comforting spirit during our appointment. I have very sensitive skin and I am a month out from my last appointment. I have had Minimal to No irritation in comparison to regular waxing. When i went to check out, the owner was so sweet i felt apart of the family. Not to mention boss baby assisting in checking out was the cherry on top of my whole experience. Just over all a 10/10 experience and i definitely recommend!!

Nyia and Destiny were so amazing. They made me and my 1 yr old daughter feel so comfortable. I like thats they talked me through the whole wax. This was my first wax after my daughter was born. I will recommend Nyia to ALL my friends she is such a breath of fresh air. My daughter even let her hold her while Destiny came to assist! And the pricing is great too. Even though i live on the west side it was worth the drive! You ladies are the best see you in 4 weeks!

Had my first Brazilian wax today, it had been years since I’ve had any waxing services like this. Sydney did an amazing job!! She made me feel so comfortable, so professional, and explained everything so well! Go for the sugaring services, stay for the express facial treatment! Kaylee did my facial today, and it was the perfect blend of self-care and time management. In about 20 minutes, my skin was totally refreshed and it feels wonderful hours later. Just like the sugaring paste, all of the ingredients are natural, smell amazing, and are vegan. The sugaring process is also totally unique. Unlike wax, the sugar mixture is not hot, which really surprised me. It's room temp, which makes the process a lot more comfortable, and because the estheticians don't use sticks to apply, they're way more precise with the procedure. All of the staff here are friendly and helpful, and the studio is clean and stylish! I definitely recommend you check out sugaringLA!

It was my very first time ever getting a wax let alone a brazilian and Sydney made the experience easy, informational, and comfortable. Intimate services can feel so uncomfortable but at SugaringLA - Harbor Village, the staff and ambiance made my first time experience excellent. I already have my next appointment booked!
