I bought adore hair dye from this location & it was a counterfeit product. it made my wig crunchy & the color did not color the hair at all. do not buy adore from this location.

I have been to this store twice and have been disappointed both times. They didn't have any Italian curl nor Hawaiian curl. They couldn't even offer me a decent water wave. They don't carry Kera Care products. You'd be better off going to Walmart! please just travel a little further and go to another hair store. Won is basically a chain store now and this is by fat the most disappointing Won hair store.

I’ve never had any issues shopping here. The staff on shift when I go is always helpful. I can always find what I’m looking for. I like their loyalty program. I just wish they had more variety of hair length with their braiding hair (ex: 10”, 12” and 14”) I never see any when I go, I don’t always want my daughter having 24” hair lol. Other than that no complaints.

The price for a 12in Yaki Empire was $80 today I left it there I have never! I was a customer!

This location does not follow store hours. I've visited this location 5 times..and 4 out of 5 visits the store hours was not honored. Closing 20-30 minutes early is ridiculous & very unprofessional. It appears that this location close whenever they're tired of dealing with customers. This is a poor way to run a business when community members try to support locally. I will definitely go elsewhere for my immediate beauty supply needs. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
