My experience with Diana Inlow has been wonderful! Over the last year she has helped me to get my hair back to looking beautiful, & it's finally growing again. She's extremely knowledgeable, and her expertise feels akin to going to a hair doctor. She has helped me with complicated regrowth of color, due to bleaching, cuts while keeping length, & most importantly - thermal reconditioning (permanent straightening which was a game-changer & life-saver.) Because of doing so, I spend less time (& money) drying & straightening my hectic hair with excessive heat & loads of products. All of my friends are complimenting me out of the blue, even friends that I haven't seen in years, that 'my hair has never looked so good.' I highly recommend Diana. She's a savior.

Horrible experience! My hair was 8 inches longer!!! I wanted a simple short cut ALL the same length. It’s so choppy and all different layers, one whole side is shorter than the other. When I called to see if anyone could fix it the lady at the front desk said I can goto the same lady that messed it up the first time or get charged for someone else to cut it. I won’t be going back.
