I rated her this low because she told me she’s been doing hair since she was 15 and is now 51, using that and her high Google rating to pressure me into paying $40 for a trim. She even said it would be a “disservice” if I didn’t get the trim and that my hair would come out frizzy at the ends if I refused. She spent less than two minutes trimming, and my hair didn’t even look right when I got out of her chair. My appointment was at 9am, but I wasn’t seated until 9:15 because she was late and still had to set up. She didn’t scrub my scalp well during the wash either. Overall, the service was not worth $125, and my hair didn’t even last a week flat ironed.

I found LaSatt through Instagram. It was easy to get an appointment set up with her. I am always skeptical when I move to a new location and have to find a new stylist. LaSatt did NOT disappoint. I showed her an inspo picture of what o was looking to do as I went from Natural to relaxed hair. I wanted to cut it and start over. One look at the picture and she had it. She exceeded my expectations! Not only is she AWESOME at what she does, it’s the care that she takes and the love that she put into her craft. She doesn’t rush her work and even with working with other clients, I was in and out of the salon in 2 hours. I love how she cheers every client on, in loving their new hairstyle. Ms. Lasatt is an awesome hairstylist. She keeps it 💯 with you. She gave me so much confidence when I had to cut my hair. If you need you hair done, ahe is the woman to go see. Ms. Lasatt is my new hairstylist. I would recommend her to anyone. My hair is going to grow back so much healthier because of her.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now & I've never been disappointed. She's one of only a few stylists I've met that can make magic with my natural hair and flat ironing. Her shop has a nice vibe and she's a cool person. I'd highly recommend this shop!

I got a perm, haircut, and deep conditioning treatment. I took down my braids less than 2 hours before coming to the shop. The perm was still a quick and pain-free process, no burning or stinging at all. My hair feels light as a feather and soft. She offers great customer service and is excellent at communicating with you throughout the entire process. Update 8/8/25: I went back for a relaxer touch up and a trim. The stylist was pleasant and accommodating. The relaxer process was quick and pain free. My hair feels great, it's soft and smells amazing. I will be back!! ☺️
