If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is trash including managers or personnels that claim to be managers. I spoke with a manager about my purchase of an blow dryer attachment before purchasing if I could return the attachments that don’t fit my dryer and I was told yes I could return as long as I had my receipt and it was unused. When I brought back the ones that didn’t work I was told I couldn’t return despite having my receipt and being in the 14-day window. I asked to speak to a manager the girl yelled from the aisle “no we do not accept those returns” without coming to me. I asked to speak to another manager she continued restocking and then finally came over to address me. I would have never bought 3 combs all for 1 to work if this was presented to me beforehand but it wa

The quality of hair here is bad. I used to be a customer of theirs in Petersburg for years but it seems like since they changed they have a better location and it's cleaner inside but the hair is just not good quality. Crochet hair is trash

Ok I just don’t understand, do you close at 7:15 or actually 7:30 because it been a few times I’ve come here for some last minute things around 7:10- 7:15 and I have employees telling me yall are closed. If you close at 7 actually close at 7 but if you close at 7:30 actual have the store open and then lock the door at 7:30.

Won's moved from Petersburg downtown and now they have everything in here. So much more convenient and just great use of a new location.

This place was great. It's the biggest selection of Black hair care products I've ever seen and the prices were good too. It's the Walmart of beauty supplies and the customer service was professional and pleasant. I had a good experience. Looking back, it was refreshing not to be followed by the eyes of or followed on the heels by store attendants. Great experience. I'd suggest everyone to go see. They didn't disappoint.
