If you need myofascial release stretching, intentional body work that helps relieve pain and tightness, Nick is your guy. I am a massage therapist and can tell you what he does is so elevated compared to most massage therapy out there. He really listens to what work you feel you need, and then also finds the stuff that you didn't realize you needed. Keeping you safe, and cultivating an atmosphere of care so that if something feels like it's too much you know you can say so. For example, I have an old injury to my knee, I let him know and he checked in several times when there was movement or motion that could trigger a fear response.
