I've been getting PRX facials now for a few months with Nancy. My skin looks and feels beautiful. Nancy is great and knows a lot about the products she uses.

I had an appointment for both pedicure and manicure and I asked for deluxe services for both after I arrived as I was not asked what type of service I needed during appointment booking. However, I was told that they didn’t have enough time to do both deluxe services. I’m really confused how the appointment was scheduled in the first place without confirming the type and duration of services needed. In the end, I only received a deluxe manicure and normal pedicure done The service itself was okay, but the appointment management and planning were very poor. If the salon cannot accommodate the requested services, this should be communicated clearly before the appointment, not after the customer arrives.

Amber spa is a wonderful place. Sheena provides the best deep tissue massages. Very nice staff, great client service.
