Courtland is an incredibly skilled and thoughtful clinical massage therapist. He takes a truly individualized approach, integrating different techniques, including kinesiology, to target exactly what your body needs. Each session feels purposeful and customized. While we are continuing to work through healing my body, I notice real improvement every time I see him. I found White Wolf Holistics at a wellness event in Jax Beach. I'd just happened to pull a muscle in my upper back the day before. Courtland quickly ID'd what was wrong, and he was able to loosen up the surrounding muscles so I could just turn my neck. My back felt better in just days, and I was back in the gym. I just left my first appointment with him at the office, where we did a very detailed consultation. I've been very active lately, with the intention of gaining core strength, improving my posture, and managing mental health. Courtland was able to look at my posture and listen to my aches and pains, and explain what was probably happening in good digestible detail prior to my first therapy session. During the treatment, he was able to loosen up my abdmonials, back, hips, and glutes.

Courtland is an amazing massage therapist. My back was hurting between my shoulder blades, had xrays and MRI done and there was nothing to see. Went to White Qolf and Courtland watched my posture and told me immediately what the problem was. He worked on arms, hips, legs and the area that was hurting. He is patient and thorough, and he actually listens to your body. I have no pain and I walk straight up.

A session with Laura is honestly beyond what words can fully express. She carries an incredible depth of knowledge—both learned and intuitively gained—drawing from ancient and modern practices alike. The body and emotion code sessions my family and I have had with her are nothing short of transformative! Even our fur babies have experienced benefits from emotional release and energy shifts!
