WeWork Office Space & Coworking

It's a nice space for work. The biggest downside is they charge for parking. If you park in caltrain, across the street, you still have to pay. There is street parking around corner but can be full.

Great co-working space! We came here for an open day and really enjoyed the space. A lot of natural light, nice kitchen, nice working nooks and friendly staff. There are 4 floors, the 4th floor is the community floor and has a big space for working. It is also nice and vibey, would highly recommend this space. The wifi was a bit tricky, they gave us a login that we had to use, but had to approve some security certificate that was a bit weird.

I love the WeWork Community Team at 400 Concar Drive. They always make me feel like a VIP! I would not work anywhere else!

Four floors of co-working space in a fairly new building with lots of windows and natural light. Location is very convenient, just off the Delaware St exit of Highway 92, and next to Caltrain's Hayward Park station. The parking situation is OK, not great. Parking in the building's lot is expensive ($2.50 each 30 minutes with $20 daily max). There is a lot of available parking across the street in the Caltrain lot ($5.50/day in the CalTrain app) and some easily walkable free street parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nearby walkable food options are limited. Beach Hut Deli is very good, but that's about it, though WeWork has scheduled food trucks rotate in often.

Love the place - very lively and trendy location. Nice staff and people here. Only issue I had was parking - pretty pricy if you want to park in the same building
