This is long overdue. Amazing place to get your lashes done. Sunny is the best in San Mateo. Shes very attentive, detailed and super sweet. Love her. Also love the entire team. I've been getting my lashes done here for a super long time. Dont hesitate and book here. They are amazing😊

very impressed with the attention to detail at this place. i rarely get my lashes done but this place made me feel very comfortable. but the lady was very good at explaining the different lash sets and typical lengths of lash extensions. the experience was so relaxing even fell asleep through most of it. My lashes came out so wispy and natural i got many compliments for them. i also did not experience any burning sensations after as well highly recommend!

I have been going to their Colma location, and took a break from lashes. I went to check out their San Mateo location, and the interior is stunning! Since I took a break from lashes, the front desk carefully explained the difference between the natural and mix set. She made sure I was comfortable with the length as well! I ended up with the natural set, and love the results! Already made my fill appointment, and will be back!

This is one of Dolly Effect's newest locations. It is so aesthetically pleasing inside. The workers are always so kind and helpful. Every time I get my lashes done at Dolly Effect, the retention is so good!

My visit to Dolly Effect in San Mateo was absolutely wonderful. Service was great. The staff members are friendly and attentive. The studio is in a great location. Parking was very easy. The studio is clean and the minimalist decoration and music was very relaxing. The technician working on my lashes was gentle, patient and thorough, She did an amazing job and I got many compliments. The lashes and glue they used also did not irritate my eyes. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for good customer service, professional attitude and a wonderful experience.
