Beem Light Sauna - San Mateo

The space is newly remodeled with modern, minimalistic style, super clean, spacious and welcoming. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and patient. The overall experience was great! A couple small areas of feedback: 1. The cold small towel provided at the end of the sauna gave my face a really intense painful stinging sensation. That was unexpected, even though I was told the ingredients that the towel was soaked with. 2. If possible, I would recommend placing an electrolyte drink inside each sauna room. I felt drowsy after the sauna, even though I drank two bottles of water. Seems like electrolyte is a necessity for a 45 minute session, which many people may not realize until afterwards. 3. The bathroom is really big and spacious. Since it’s also a shower room, perhaps a side table

I’ve been coming to BEEM Light Sauna since the doors first opened, and I truly can’t say enough good things about this place. I felt absolutely fabulous. I didn’t sign up the first day. I came back and made sure I signed up. I feel great. My skin is great. I highly recommend I’m a massage therapist. We use this red light therapy and some of our treatments. Maybe just in the low back or upper back, this red light gets your entire body awesome

Staff is very friendly. Entire area is clean. I've seen and felt my results on my body. After my lipo n skin removal surgery, my post op results have been great and even the succor n nurses have commented on my quick healing!! Light therapy made a difference!!!
