Awful cancellation policy. 48 hours or you get charged 100% of the service? Way out of line with any other barber shop. Southpaw, Rain City, and It's a Barber's Thing all have 2-hour policies. Does Stormy/Frankie have such a hard time attracting clients they can't fill the appointment in 48 hours? Ridiculous.

This is a SCAMMER! Be so careful! Charged and then blocked my partner for trying to reschedule because he's got a fever. I guess she'd rather give everyone covid?

I have seen many, many barbers throughout the years, and based on that experience I can confidently say that Chris is one of my top 3 favorites. I have come here for the past several months, and Chris consistently provides excellent haircuts. I especially appreciate his attention to detail, and I value his ability to consistently ensure a quality cut - from his tools, to his craftsmanship. Stormie gives the best haircuts around and fun to talk to as well. Only thing is the chairs are pretty uncomfortable. Back and butt don't feel as good as my hair looks.

Frankie is definitely the best barber in the area. I've been to a few other places nearby, and nothing comes close to the cut she gave me. She talked about my hair and what look I was going for in detail before starting the cut, discussed options, and truly seemed like she wanted to give me the best cut possible. She really works hard to make sure you're happy with your cut, is great to talk with, and did a killer job!
