I don’t live in WA but I order these products online and love every shipment I receive. High quality products without inflated prices. Highly recommend visiting this place if you live in the area and also highly recommend ordering online if you don’t. From placing my order to receiving products usually only takes a week. The website is so easy to use and looks great like time, energy and effort went into it because they want your shopping experience to be a good one. I like to mix and match mainstream product brands with the locally sourced/made ones. I absolutely love the African Soap it cleans my skin without drying and following up with the whipped African Shea Butter makes my skin so soft and supple. Autumn helped me and was super knowledgeable and helpful when guiding me through what I needed to care for my hair and braids! As a first timer I was a little nervous because of my lack of knowledge of braids but after my visit I’m definitely more confident and super excited about my results

Zara Jo is such a breath of fresh air. They are extremely knowledgeable about the African-American products that they carry and it felt so good to actually have someone explain each item that I purchased and why it works. The mango Shea butter that they recommended is amazing it makes your skin feel so good smells incredible and I love that it’s made with all natural ingredients. I also asked about yam cream for menopause support and instead of brushing me off they listened and said that they would look into getting some into the store. That alone meant a lot to me. This is my 3rd time visiting this business. I've had a great experience each time. The staff there a very knowledgeable! So many products to choose from, I didn't know what to try. I told them the issues I was having with my hair & they knew exactly what brands/products I should try. They also educated me on why I should try them and how to use them as a part of my routine. I'll be back again!!
