Westfield Nails and Spa

I’ve never written a bad review before but my experience was so bad I felt I need to share this experience. I picked out a dark purple color for my nails. When she started painting them it looked more brown so I commented on it. She said to trust her, that it will be purple in the light. I asked if she could do a single coat of a brighter purple but she said no it will look purple at the end. When I left the salon I was so unhappy with the result because the color was just brown. I called the store to let them know but the phone was off the hook. I drove back and the store was closed even though their hours said they would still be open. I came back the next day and showed them that the color I picked did not look purple at all and told them what happened. They tried to charge me $25 to c

Overpriced , disgusting service , was done before someone who started before me….no massage no cuticles done, cut my toe and poured alcohol right on it. If I could give no star I would. And if I could walk out without paying right now I would. If I could’ve recorded the interaction just to show people Why they shouldn’t come here? Yup I would. Short black hair, Lipstick and a bad attitude… Got upset because she started painting my nails and never even asked what I wanted, told me her idea would look better. Proceeded to be rough because she had to be corrected. Can’t even do a French tip better than my husband could pull off. these new earbuds work wonders btw… don’t dare take them in here.

I had a 2:30 appointment, I got there early and was seated with an older gentleman. He was on a phone call for the first portion as he put on the nail base. After he hung up the phone he was nice enough but he kept filing the same side so much more than the other. He painted them but the color wasn’t strong enough and then he filed them again AFTER painting them leaving the scrape marks on the sides of the nails! I’ll admit I should’ve said something about how bad they were but I’m not confrontational and I felt like crying. I was supposed to get a pedicure afterwards but I skipped out on it after seeing these nails. I paid and left, never to return. I’m getting them fixed somewhere else.

I’m very happy with my experience at Westfield Nail and Spa! I had been seeing Heather for my acrylic nails and pedicures previously and was thrilled to continue getting my nails done by her at this nail salon. The entire staff are so nice and the atmosphere was a positive vibe. I’m excited to keep returning!

Love Kim! She always does such an amazing job and her prices are reasonable, she’s not trying to over charge people but her work is top notch. I’ll be sad when she leaves.
