I highly recommend their PT services. The best PT experience I’ve had in the past couple years since I broke my leg. They give you personalized time that you feel like you’re getting the right care and support. Tomas is knowledgeable, kind, and takes his time with your care. Kym creates varied exercises each time you go for you personally; I love how he varied my workouts and gave me for stuff to try at home each visit, very practical. In addition, Kym and Tomas are uplifting, positive and supportive. I would recommend these staff to all my friends and family.

Came in for an Achilles tendon rupture recovery. The physical therapist and techs were all really well trained polite and professional. This probably the best PT place that I've ever been to. Highly recommend!

I did Necessity Body Sculpting with Nadene and was so impressed with the results. My skin glows, I've lost inches, sleep better and have more energy. Nadene is lovely to work with, engaging but still very professional. I highly recommend her and this service!

The infrared sauna sessions will politely place you in a zen and recharged state of mind for numerous days. (Sauna #1 is near the window and Sauna #2 is near the waterfall, both great choices.) I look forward to my return ^_^
