Optimum Health Therapeutic Massage

Tara did a deep TMJ massage on me and it was one of my best experiences ever! I have never had a massage before and my wife gave me a gift card for my birthday. I have been grinding since age 15 with so much stress built up. Tara was very professional, soothing, and easy to talk to. I’d 100% recommend Tara if you grind your teeth and have any kind of pain. My earache is so much better after the session and my stress in jaw feels so much more relaxed.

Had a pregnancy massage done by Tara. This was my very first massage in general and it was a very relaxing. Relaxing environment overall first of all. Tara did a fantastic job making me comfortable. I walked out and my body feels much better and so does my mind. Highly recommend coming here!

I found a unicorn! Tara did my hour and a half massage and it was the BEST massage I think I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of them. Tara focused on my problem areas in such great detail, I felt 100x better when I walked out of her door. She was also a great conversationalist. I’m sad I’m only here visiting but if I ever find myself in the area again I will be seeing her, 10/10 recommend!!!

Christine was referred to me by my daughter and it has truly been a positive experience in my life. Used to think a massage was just a treat but it is so much more than that. It is rejuvenating! Christine has inspired me to take better care of myself and during this stay at home time I have missed one massage and probably the next one I have scheduled. Her gentle yoga classes (also on hold) are challenging for me but I won't give up. So glad I have included OH in my life schedule.
