I was here yesterday for tape-in extensions to fix a bad haircut. The two girls working there were very nice and helpful! They helped me decide on a pack of human hair extensions and with finding a specific haircutting razor I needed. The extensions work very well, a little expensive but a reasonable price for high quality human hair. I will for sure be coming back here for hair supplies in the future :)

Employee discriminated against me and accused of me of stealing because she seen me "put something in my pocket" which was my phone. No apology given she disregarded her mistake. Didn't say anything about what she "seen" until after I paid for my belongings. Which I was unable to get a refund for, due to the harassment of the people working there. Just terrible.

Went here with a friend who was looking for a wig. The woman told her it would be $2 for a wig cap just to try on the wig. It was a cheap wig cap that came in a bulk box. Wildly cheating customers is enough to not go here even for regular hair supplies. It's like if shoe stores charged you for those cheap socks to try on shoes every time. We went to another Wig place and they charged ZERO for a wig cap to try on the wigs and provided much better service along with options.

I should’ve listened to warnings I got from people to not come to this store. Terrible treatment towards customers by the owner. He treats paying customers like criminals. I recommend not coming here and finding the nearest black owned store or ordering from one online.

Half a star really. No stars honestly. Luring people in with signs then saying the deals aren't valid and you haven't taken the sign down in year? Bad business. The store replied saying that they no longer had the product and I am sharing this again with the photo of the product. Because that is a lie. Address that.
