My mom's house was insured by them. One week after she passed away I gave them her death certificate. The agent said I had 60 days to get a policy to cover her house as vacant. She said she would contact me way before to give us time to get a new policy. I never heard from her I went in the office with 10 days to go. I called twice after that. The day after the policy expired she got me a new policy 8 times more than what I had been paying with much less coverage. Very disappointing! They need to work on follow through if they want to stay in business. I also had to call them after I got the new policy because it was printed on a stack of papers all out of order! It was very confusing to say the least.
Many offices; looks smaller than it is! Well marked. Nicely shaded.
