The entire team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their clients. The salon is clean, relaxing, and you can tell they take pride in the quality of their work and service. I highly recommend Barb as your hairdresser! She is incredibly experienced and talented. With her European touch, she truly works magic with hair. I am grey blending and after 2 visits, I had 2 true yellow money pieces-unblended that's it. Not grey, not even white, think big bird. I was told on the 3rd appointment booked that it was 'accidentally booked for the wrong time' after trying to correct the first appointment, so we didn't do anything. At that time I was told that 'I would have done something completely different to begin with looking back'- this is something you just don't want to hear in a hair investment that needs work and is unresolved after you've spent 400ish. So- long story short- everyone was kind and wonderful- but NOT quality hair service. I went to a salon with the same inspiration pic for grey blending and in one session had 100% quality results. I had a wedding in September in Holland and I chose Bondi Salon to do my hair and make up for the day. They also did my six bridesmaids, and my mom and MIL hair/make up. We had such a great experience working with them. They contacted me beforehand to go over important details and sent me a schedule beforehand. We were able to bring in food and drinks for the morning. The stylists and staff were so friendly and kind. Everything went smoothly and everyone looked great, thanks to Bondi Salon! Highly recommend them for weddings!
