Isabel was wonderful! I want to get to blonde but my hair isn't healthy enough yet and she explained why and what the process will be to get there. She recommended a shampoo and conditioner that'll help too. She's amazing and im definitely looking forward for my next appointment with her! Cara is so chill and relaxed, it makes me more relaxed! She is outstanding at her job! When I want something different, she talks through a few options with me and provides me with choices! The main reason I came to Cara is that she is gentle with taking lashes off! I feel I get so much more from this outstanding lash specialist! As a manager/owner of this salon, you can be very proud to have such a compassionate, knowledgeable professional working for you! She even recommends your products when I bring up a subject (like my hair) & I purchased your dry shampoo because of Cara’s recommendation. No wonder she is booked out so often! If you are lucky enough to be her customer, ensure you book your next appointment while there or you may not get in to see her when you want. ;-)

I had an appointment with Ella and she did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and how she did my hair made me feel beutiful! I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted and she was great at giving advice to help me choose what to do. This is also the first place I've gone to where it was genuinely an amazing experience from the people, to the coffee, and the scalp massage during the wash. Overall 10/10

We traveled from northern Michigan, where it seems impossible to get a quality haircut for my daughters, to the Holland location. From the time I called to schedule the appointment with Brianna, I knew that this was going to be a great experience for my daughter. We had a free consultation with the lead stylist who helped my daughter decide on the type of cut and color that would best fit her. Her appointment was with Maddie the next morning. My daughter is 13 and expressed how nice her stylist was and how comfortable she made her feel throughout the whole process. She did an amazing job on my daughter’s hair!
