I cannot recommend Cathy at West Coast Hair Design enough!! I've been a client of hers for a few years now, and I'm so grateful for the positive Google reviews that led me her way. Cathy is incredibly knowledgeable and keeps my curly hair looking its best with perfect cuts and color. Beyond her talent, the entire staff is so welcoming and they clearly love what they do. I truly look forward to my time in Cathy's chair -- she's not only talented but such a warm and caring soul.

This place is a gem! My first time getting my hair done here and everyone has been very friendly and inviting. Ashley did an AMAZING job with my hair. She was so knowledgeable and very sweet. She has started me on my gray blending journey and I couldn’t be any more happier. Plus she gave my curly hair the best cut and style ever! For all you curly girls I highly recommend her! A++++++

Heather at West Coast Hair Design is not a hair stylist — she is a magician with scissors and a PhD in color sorcery. The back of my hair likes to live its own dramatic, voluminous life. The top? Let’s just say it sometimes needs a motivational speech. Somehow Heather balances it all like a structural engineer with a blow dryer. I walk in looking like I’ve been electrocuted by Florida humidity and walk out looking like I have a personal glam squad and a yacht waiting somewhere. She somehow knows exactly what my hair needs even when I don’t. “Just do your thing” has never been a safer sentence. Color? Perfect. Cut? Flawless. Style? I suddenly understand why people take selfies in their car before driving home. She doesn’t just “do hair.” She performs full-scale follicle rehabilitation. S

Been going here a few years, and love it! They are all really friendly, the salon is clean, and super cute. Prices are reasonable and even cheaper than other salons I’ve seen in Jax. I specifically work with Ashley who is the BEST! She listens to what you want done, and helps you figure it out if you’re unsure. She’s also super realistic about your hair health and if something makes sense or how to space out your appointments to achieve a certain look. She’s also super fun to talk with throughout the appointment, but if you’re tired or quieter, she respects your need for silence too lol

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heather. She is truly AMAZING. Not only is she incredibly talented with hair, but she is also one of the kindest, most genuine humans you’ll ever meet. I trust her wholeheartedly with my hair — which says a lot! I’m forever grateful I found her when I moved to Jax. She makes every appointment feel relaxing, personal, and fun. And a big shoutout to the gals at West Coast — everyone there is so sweet, welcoming, and full of good energy. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. It’s a place you actually look forward to visiting.
