The massage from Shannon was the very best I have ever received. It was both therapeutic and relaxing. Her treatment room had nice music, soothing lighting, and pleasant natural oil smells. I have been to many other spas that smell too "perfumy" for me, and give me headaches.

She is incredibly knowledgeable. I have had two neck fusions, and I have never been able to get a massage that does not flare up my back. She knows exactly what to do and what techniques to use and every time I notice improvement. I highly recommend her.

More than a year ago I sustained a relatively substantial neck injury while practicing Brazilian jujitsu. Not only was Shannon‘s treatment elemental to me being able to do the tournaments that I was training for at the time, her massages have played a big role in my recovery this last year. Shannon is an extremely skilled massage therapist and she has played a valuable role in my near 100% recovery at this point. Largely thanks to her I will be competing again in May. I definitely suggest her to everybody I train with.

If I could give Shannon more than a 5 star rating I would! I started seeing Shannon about 2 years ago because I needed a massage therapist who would be able to reduce my pain levels for chronic sciatica. She is able to listen to what you are experiencing, and know exactly where to focus and how to help minimize your pain. I started adding the Red Light Therapy into the massage treatments and "Holy Cow!" it's so incredible. The combination of Shannon's massage and the red light therapy has improved my overall ability to walk, sleep, work and most importantly, no pain for periods of 2 weeks!
