While the service was five stars as well as the haircut and always is. The barbers are friendly and always are. My issue is that a haircut comes with a straight razor cut to the neck and a scalp massage,, seniors always get a discount. I got none of those. I am 70 years old and definitely look it so you could not make a mistake about that . Getting the scalp massage and straight razor cut to the back of the neck you can flip a coin on whether or not you will get that even though it is on the price board that is included in the price of the haircut. Well, I do not bring it up after the fact before I leave it does, however affect my tipping As I Usually tip the same price as a senior price for the haircut, $30. I did not tip that this time as I was disappointed in the price that I did not

This place is the best, been coming here for a few years now and never disappointed. The whole crew has great skill and the service never feels rushed. Highly detailed and passionate about what they do. I always recommend Cinco Brothers to friends and others looking for a quality haircut and beard trim

I brought my 2 yo in for a cut, Naomi was the stylist that helped us. I was so impressed by the vibe of the place, and how quickly they came and got us! My son normally doesn’t sit still and in the past it’s not been a great experience. Naomi was quick! I showed her a picture of the haircut we were going for. My son sat still and she was able to interact with him which put him at ease. The cut came out super cute and we were so happy with our experience. I would 100% recommend Cinco Brothers in Johnstown!! My son likes his haircut so much I’m hoping that he’ll begin to like haircuts how that he feels so cool lol thank you for treating us like any other customer, and for delivering exactly the cut we wanted 💙

I always get the best fade here but I just waited 45 minutes while 3 people that came in after me got called up first and I was ignored. I guess I have to find a new barber shop. Too bad, I tip really well too.
