Very friendly and professional! Was looking for a new chiropractor and Dr. Brad and his wife are great! Knowledgeable and friendly staff and so far is a great experience!

Upon visiting I had an uneasy feeling. I understand it is difficult to work with a language barrier. However, I don’t appreciate being yelled at due to the frustration of the language. If you come here I wouldn’t suggest walk ins and be ready to tip since it is expected. Tip is defined as a small amount of money given as a GRATUITY for service. Therefore, it should be optional and not expected. I would like to preface I had every intention of tipping but asked if I could tip using card. (I had a brain fart and was flustered) The lady stood there and yelled TIP at me after I told her I wasn’t understanding her. I still tipped her, however, I won’t be returning in the future and if the language is difficult I suggest an occupancy that doesn’t require that much communication.

The owner refused to honor a gift certificate purchased within a year, which she sold to my wife. She claimed the certificate was over three years old , when she became "the new boss." My wife paid for a $105 massage and prepaid a $50 tip.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. I found out later that this place probably is a “happy ending” place. Yuck. The message was very painful and the lady demanded a bigger tip. So unprofessional. Also it was very hard to understand the lady due to a strong language barrier.

The massage was excellent. The week was very difficult and I was very tired. A great professional massage restored me and I am ready for any difficult work tomorrow. I recommend this massage parlor to everyone.
