I had my first Brazilian wax the other day. Elena usually just waxes my face and brows but this time I wanted to try my first Brazilian. I was nervous and a big baby about it but Elena made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She was patient and understanding with me and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother even though I know for a fact I was a tough client that day for anyone. Any other place would have stopped my service but Elena walked me through it and made me feel so confident afterwards. She is the true definition of a girls girl and keeps it professional and fun every time. Love her and I’ll be back :)
