From our first phone call to visiting the showroom to our purchase and delivery, working with Nuvo Healthcare was nothing short of amazing. Our sales rep Stan was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about the different massage chair brands, and worked closely with us through the whole process. Furthermore, there was never any pressure to buy, just to try the chairs for as long as we liked. As an example, the chair we decided to purchase was so beneficial to my back that Stan invited me to come down to Nuvo Healthcare anytime to use the showroom model while we waited for delivery. My husband and I took 2 trips to Nuvo Healthcare's showroom, and spent about 8 hours there trying numerous massage chairs. Stan is very well-versed in what each chair offers. We were never pressured to make a decision on which to buy and he never made us feel that we were taking up too much of his time. Instead, he made us feel at home and relaxed. Stan was extremely helpful answering all of our many questions. If you're in the market for a massage chair, this is definitely the place to go. In addition to the outstanding customer service before the sale AND after, their price was considerably lower than other places we checked into. If 6 stars was an option on this review, without a doubt, Nuvo Healthcare deserves 6.
