I wish I could have experienced what all the other customers have but she was a no show. I called. I texted. I emailed. I left a voicemail. Nothing. I am so disappointed. I am sure she is talented, but guess I won’t know. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer care. All the best to your business though. Update: Sandy reached out apologized and made a gesture to make it right. I appreciate that and her efforts. We all have those days. In the future I will reschedule. I was in need of help with my skin. Turning 55 and just want a change. I went to Sephora and purchased some products. Let’s see how it goes. Please give Sandy a chance. I got my brows done by Sandy less than a week ago, so far I am very pleased with them. She was so patient with me throughout the session since I kept stopping her cause it felt uncomfortable during the process cause my skin is sensitive around that area. She also explained step by step what she was doing which was great. Overall she did an amazing job. I highly recommend her for service.

Sandy was amazing!! I came to Sandy with hardly any brows and I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew I needed them done badly. Sandy took the time to shape them in a way that suits me. Sandy also answered any questions I had through the whole process, even weeks after I got my brows done. She made me feel so comfortable through the entire process, and I am so glad I came here! As someone who was insanely nervous to get permanent makeup, I can say Sandy is an excellent person to come to!!!

I had my brows microbladed by someone else in 2019 and was so unhappy with how they turned out. This time I did my research and found Sandy! I am so glad I did. She answered all my questions and put me at ease. At the first appointment, Sandy ‘mapped out’ my brows to fit my face and worked around the faded ink areas from before. She gave a very detailed list of instructions for after care that is to be followed strictly for 2 weeks. The second appointment, she had me point out any of the areas I wanted touched up/added to or if I wanted a darker pigment. Sandy is very personable and takes great pride in her work. Don’t look at any other places! Go to Sandy!
