The absolute dedication of this salon to perfection is astounding!! Noelle was COMMITTED to giving such a wonderful service and my nails SHOW it. The place has such a wonderful vibe too and everyone was super friendly. I cannot rave enough about how Noelle was so nice and made sure my nails were nothing but perfect. Please do yourself a favor and go relax while this salon takes care of you!!

Unfortunately Ann did not know how to do GelX despite my ability to make an appointment with her. I had to walk her through how to fix her application. She left air pockets on six on my fingers. She mentioned towards the end (well into us trying to fix the nails) that she is only comfortable with acrylic. Cuts on sides of my cuticles, pinky nail lifting three hours after appointment, and pain from endless filing. Super disappointing they allow booking services their artists aren’t comfortable with!

Top-notch hair salon! The team is attentive, talented, and truly passionate about their work. They make sure every detail is perfect before you leave. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I always walk out happy with my look!

Yessssss!!! I’d give ten stars if I could!!! Talk about service upon service!!! These folks are friendly, knowledgeable, and SO SERVICE oriented! Greeted and given the best services available (met my time/availability), offered water, shampooed in a dimly lit room (relaxing!), given a complementary neck and shoulder massage, consulted on how I wanted my new haircut, and they nailed everything! Oh! And they brought me a wonderful tea (my custom order) from Urban Teahouse! My pedicure was equally relaxing and exactly what I asked for. Ten stars!

50/50 Started off horrible. First impression, worst place ever. Read until end to see, my opinion changed... Made an appt and went there with my daughter. Ann Nguyen was the technician who did my nails. I had so many problems and almost left there very upset. Ann Nguyen started by stating she couldn't give me color I wanted, couldn't put flower design on, she tried to show me stickers while telling me I'd like those better). I told her no stickers, I didnt want that on my nails. She then got purple smeared on my hands and around my nails, she had the polish globbed and smeared on the nails and when sanding she grouged and broke one nail. (By the way, it was not broke due to old nails or due to me, my nails had grown but weren't abused. I literally got them done 2 weeks prior.)
