Absolutely adore Kiana!!! The only waxing I had ever had done was my eyebrows, then one day I decided to get a bikini wax! I went in literally shaking, SHAKING (and I have a high pain tolerance)! Kiana was so very kind, understanding and encouraging. She made me feel comfortable, despite my lady parts being on display, she kept me talking and explaining each step along the way. By the time she was done I had, not only an esthetician but also, a new friend. I’ve since been back for legs, and Brazilian waxing! Highly recommend Kiana!
