Wonderful experience all around, including the massage, the ambiance, the calming music, the lighting, and even the smell of my choice of essential oil. And the beds, goodness, the beds are incredibly comfortable!! It’s kind of hard to want to get out of these comfy beds after such a relaxing and lovely experience. I highly recommend this place!! Totally worth checking out! Side note: my masseuse was Kara Carder. She’s really wonderful 😀!

I’ve been going to see Kara at Resonance for years and she always does a fantastic job. The spa is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and Kara has such a nurturing, calming presence. It’s impossible not to come away feeling relaxed and renewed!

I love the experience I get the Resonance Mind Body Wellness. They are attentive to individual needs and responsive to changes between visits for which the massage may need to be adjusted. I've found Kara to be extremely competent and thoroughly knowledgeable about a variety of therapies and techniques.

What a wonderful experience! The ambiance was so tranquil and Kara worked her magic on some rock hard muscle tension in my upper back and neck. I noticed an immediate difference afterwards and slept so great that night. Highly recommend!
