Walgreens

Thankfully I rarely need to go to the pharmacy, but when I do, it is always an inconvenience at this Walgreens. Today there were a couple people sitting there, I walked up to the counter, and the girl blandly and barely looked up and mumbled something to me, and I said "huh?" then she looked up and pointed to the kiosk. This is new to me. So, feeling like a big dummy, I go to the kiosk and it had some areas that needed to be pounded several times to take my answer, and it was slow. Finally after pounding over there for several minutes, it said it would send me a text when they were "ready" for me. That's great since I didn't bring my phone. Was all of that really necessary or beneficial in any way??? Was this for the betterment of serving customers? No. I just left. I didn't want

I have come 3 times to get my daughters script over the past week and half and they tell me each time they will fill it and it’s not ready for the 3rd time after they promised it would be. The manager said someone entered in the wrong date the first time, the second time the person didn’t process it after they said they would (nor could they explain why it wasn’t filled the first time) and now finally they are telling me I can wait 30 minutes to get the script and they will fill it. I spoke with the manager and he filled it quicker and explained they are trying to fix things and he will give the feedback and coaching the correct employees.

On two separate days I spoke with a male pharmacist at the Walgreens 146th St and Gray Rd, Westfield, Indiana, who both times went above an beyond to help me get a drug that I needed badly for a possibly-infected eye. I didn't get his name, which I regret now. And, when he told me that it was the manufacturer who said the drug was unavailable, he apologized as if he were the cause. The review lets me give 5 stars; this man deserves 10. Thanks again.

I have always been treated kindly at this Walgreens. I have seen and heard customers be rude and disrespectful to the employees and I tell myself they evidently have never worked retail before… it’s not the employees fault if they don’t have the product or item you want. It’s not the employee’s fault if they are under staffed. It not the employees fault that your doctors office did call in your prescription… if you have issues with any of these, contact corporate management that is really responsible for all of these issues, not the employees…they are like the rest of us that go into and try to do their job to the best of their abilities ❤️

Rude staff! She kept telling me to sit down as if I was a child. She purposely made me wait because I wouldn't sit down! My RX was ready the day before and she decided to take 3 more cars and start filling someone else script in front of me. I even let an elderly woman go ahead of me and still get treated with disrespect! I feel it was my skin color because why would you treat someone like this??! I even asked the pharmacist on duty and he refused to simply grab my RX. I was not rude but made sure to let this situation known as it is not right. I waited over 20 minutes and I was the first one there inside. Shame on people who don't take customer service seriously and hate their jobs.
