***UPDATE *** I spoke with the owner Tina the next morning after I posted my review. I love that she genuinely showed concern and offer me to come back to the salon to get my hair fix to what I originally wanted. I met with Allie, and she was so sweet. She walk me through the process and was in communication with me at all times. She was able to strip down the dark awful black color, and make it look way closer to what I wanted. Allie would not let me tip her so I gave her a hug! I felt more like myself and she was nothing but wonderful through the entire process. So I did update my rating because Tina and Allie showed me how much they care for me as a client. I would definitely be back, and more likely only see Allie- since she was so pleasant. I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Alison. Over the past 15 years, I've had many massages and this was truly the best one yet. She has an excellent touch and was very thorough, making sure to address every area. She is very personal and professional and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend her!

I had called around to a few other salons and collective was the only one who took the time to listen, get me scheduled, and pair me with a stylist who was experienced in what I wanted. When I arrived the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The salon was clean and welcoming! Baylie did a quick consultation with me to figure out what I wanted to do and recommended some adjustments dnd techniques that would really make it last. She took me back to my roots and matched my natural color while giving it some dimension and face framing. I love the cut, color, and the conversation with Baylie! This is a hidden gem! The minute u enter the premises and the lift and arrive , u know your experience is going to be amazing. The glowing Adrianna was my masseuse. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. She made me feel comfortable and welcome. The place was sparkling, and they had tons of services. They gave me a tour of the place, and I had the pleasure of meeting the gracious owner. This place is a rare combination of a savvy owner, hospitable, and welcoming staff to a well-kept, up to date and trendy salon n spa! I already booked for next month, how about you!

I had a wonderful 60 minute relaxation massage with Alison! It was my first massage ever and she did a great job of making me feel comfortable and welcomed! I would highly recommend her for your massages.
