TS Nails

I had a nail appointment on Saturday morning with Shawn. He did a wonderful job with the dip on my nails until I noticed a couple days go by and the top coat started to chip at the tips of my nails. I called and the lady was very nice and said I can come in to get a complimentary service done. I showed up yesterday to explain the situation and the nail tech who was fixing my nails seemed like she was in a rush to get my nails done. She kept squeezing each of my fingers and rushing through it. When she took the nail buffer to smooth out my nails, she knicked my cuticle and started to bleed. I told her “ouch” and she kept going fast. My cuticles then started to bleed. At this point, I was ready to get out of the salon. I had such a great experience at TS Nails! The salon is clean, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. The staff were all so kind and attentive, they really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. My nail tech did an amazing job with the shape and design, and the quality is excellent. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and beautiful nails.
