Walgreens

Walgreens Salem is the worst pharmacy in the world. My wife and I used Austintown for years and never had a problem. We moved two years ago and switched to Salem, it has been nothing but a headache. They never have our stuff and it always take 2 to 3 phone calls to get things straightened out. Sometimes even after calling the corporate # we go to Salem and they still don't have our stuff. I think it's time to move to a new pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are so rude here not helpful at all… Don’t even try to ask them any questions or for help. There’s not many pharmacy options in town but I will be switching. Coming from CVS in Canfield this is a MAJOR step down. They are deserving of zero stars but I had to give 1 to be able to post.

What is wrong with this place where they rarely have routine / standard medicine on hand, so make customers wait for an order and come back a day or two later?!? They’re rude too. Bad pharmacy. Do you guys need new management or what?

The Walgreens store in Salem, Ohio is a great place to shop for Our Vitamins and tooth paste and shaving products and toilet, Me and My Wife Live in the East end Of East Liverpool, Ohio and shop the Walgreens in Salem, Ohio, wish there was a Walgreens in Calcutta, Ohio or East Liverpool, Ohio, Thank you! Walgreens. 😊

Just left there after getting some toilet paper for my apartment. The one clerk said hello which I appreciate a lot but the one who was giving her a break as I was checking out didn't acknowledge me. Scanned my toilet paper then grab my bag and hurled it at me then didn't say thank you. Unprofessionalism at it's finest. If you don't want to work with customers don't work in the service industry.
