Very disappointed because she did an excellent job coloring. I even got a compliment at the store right after my appointment and I texted her and said it.but I had an business emergency come up a week before my next appointment so I had canceled and wanted to reschedule. After numerous times trying to contact her even stopping by to reschedule, I never got a response. When I stopped by, she was cutting hair and said I’ll have to check my book. My last ditch I sent her another text stating I like the work she did, but I’m getting the feeling she’s trying to politely not schedule me. That was two days ago and I still don’t have a response. Very unprofessional. People have things that come up and I apologized and I even gave her a whole week which she did get to schedule somebody in my spot.

Blair is absolutely amazing. I could not be more happy with her services. The Salon is gorgeous and very clean.
