Being new to the area it is a relief to find an employee that is friendly and helpful. Lil suggested the exact products that I needed all while having pleasant conversation. She went above and beyond and even suggested a few salons to try. Good help is hard to find, but great help is almost impossible these days. Make sure she stays!
I was there today and was impressed by the helpfulness off the sales person. She showed me the options, gave suggestions and worked hard to up-sell with a smile. Such dedication is rare any more!
Employees were extremely nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, would shop here again. 10/10
They have superb products and the sales girls are very knowledgeable about hair care issues.
The manager lies about anything and everything to get you to buy something. Wonder how many returns they end up having
