W & G Nails

I go to this salon all the time the employees are extremely professional. The salon is spotlessly clean. My nails were a mess I neglected them for a long time. They were patient and kind. They helped me pick out the services. Amy did my nails as usual perfectly. Lisa gave me a pedicure that was exceptional. I also use Owen who is amazing and Kiki and Nancy who my sister uses and she loves their work my sister and I come here every week or two and have always been happy.I will be coming here every week or two always they make me feel extremely special. Thank you everyone.Also they ask if we want water or tea and they make sure we are comfortable.

I will never go to this place again. After 4 days my powder gel popped off like they were press on nails. I called and asked if they can fix them and they said water is not good for the nails. When I explained I barely had my nails in water she said they can not fix them or give me a refund. Extremely disappointed.

The first time I went, there was a month ago, and I was very happy with my experience and my nails. I went there today, and I was totally disgusted by the girl that was doing my nails. She was sniffling. She was sneezing. She was coughing when I asked her was she sick? She snapped at me and said no it's allergies. I told her I wanted a UV gel fill and that's not what she was giving me and she cut my nails short, which I wanted them, but one was so short when I asked her to fix it. She gave me an attitude finally got done with my nails. I should've walked out, but I finally got done with my nails, and I came home and the one nail that she supposedly fixed has a big bump in it. The nail polish Is wearing off already just doing a few things around the house. I will never go back.

If I could give a negative number I would. I made an appointment with Allen. He was busy, I state I had an appointment with him 3 times. They insisted someone else due the pedicure, I told them I was very willing to wait. Instead Nancy did the pedicure, she cut me twice. Never going back again!

I never write reviews but I felt like I had to here. I went to this salon for a gel manicure. They used the drill (why!?) and made my nails so thin. The woman kept forgetting which nails she already applied product to… and my polish chipped on multiple nails later THE SAME DAY!! By the next day more nails were chipping!? Very disappointed. But I will say they were nice.
