I had been athletic my entire life, and therefore have had thousands of massage therapies. B-Well has surpassed all the other places 10 fold. Chris makes you feel like the only person in the world and she gives 100%+. She becomes one with you and senses every muscle, every tension and there is NO pain. She is truly “The Massage Whisperer”. You’d be crazy not to give her a chance to show you her expertise.

I have been going to b well for about a month now, and I cant believe I ever lived without my regular medical massage! Stacey is amazing and has really helped with a shoulder injury I had from working out. Kris was very helpful on the initial call I had and was able to answer all of my questions and really made me feel comfortable. B well does take NYSHIP insurance which is an added bonus. Honestly, even if it was not covered, I cant imagine now going regularly for my massages. It has changed my life and made me feel overall so much better! If you are looking for a legit place that will provide an amazing medical massage, this is the place!

B Well is truly the best! Kris, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in the well-being of her patients. At my first visit to B-Well, I spoke with Kris, the owner, and Stacy, my therapist. I was welcomed with a feeling of family and genuine concern for my health. We discussed my diagnosis, spinal stenosis L1-L5. Stacy brought me to a very relaxing room and began my therapy, explaining what she was doing and why, allowing me to understand my pain better. At the end of my session, I concluded that Stacy and B-Well possess experience, knowledge, and kindness.A holistic approach that paired with the stretches that I learned will help me manage my pain. I left feeling euphoric, relaxed, and, most importantly, great. After six sessions, I can get through my workday and activities with very little to no pain.

I just finished my second massage at B-Well Massage Therapy in West Islip. I came to them as part of my rehabilitation from reconstructive foot surgery.
