honestly, I feel like the guy was kind of rude. I kept asking for the prices of things because either one they didn’t have the price or two it wasn’t as obvious and then for some of the nail colors the swatches didn’t match where the polishes were placed so I couldn’t find the color I was looking for overall the prices were OK but because of the customer service, I’d rather just drive a few more minutes to a different one

I’ve never felt so judged for no reason. Horrible experience, was told to “Hurry up and buy” as if I was stealing. Did not appreciate the unfair treatment.

Worst nail supply experience ever. The staff might not follow you around the store physically, but they will ALWAYS be watching. The man behind the counter was watching us the entire time, acting as though he was switching from task to task… between both sides of the store…??? They are not welcoming at all and have inconsistencies in their prices and do not provide receipts. Would recommend to go to Teo Nail Supply on El Cajon Blvd. :-)

Absolutely rude, the lady kept following me around asking what I was doing and what I wanted in a very disrespectful way, she kept canceling my purchase saying I didn’t have enough money like telling me to leave my stuff. She kept ignoring me and trying to have me leave

After reading these reviews first then going in I was honestly pleasantly surprised. Young woman at the counter was super nice and answered all of questions made me feel like I wasn't a bother at all. The other people who work there are quite im sure because theirs a language barrier (if you don't speak Vietnamese) And to be honest I feel like the young woman (I believe is the daughter) really tries to make up for the language barrier and anything else. Ide honestly return I had a an overall great experience and the prices were good too.
