As an athlete who does tons of weight lifting and Cardio while also working long hours, proper recovery is important. I was having issues with extremely tight hips, with pain that traveled down to my feet. I wasn't able to squat as I normally would. I'm greatful I found Hands on Wellness. Joshua is very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. He is easy to talk to and I felt comfortable. I've gone a few times and each time I feel so much better. I was able to get back to squating and hit a new PR 300 lbs! I highly recommend him!

I've been looking for a personalized quality massage to work on some muscle tightness that I get from weight lifting, and I'm so thrilled to have found Josh! He's a true healer. I came to Josh with pain between my shoulder blades, and I left feeling significantly better! And I felt even better the following day. He worked on some muscles in my neck that I've never had worked on before. As a result of that, I had so much more movement in my neck/shoulder area after the treatment. Also, his studio is very cozy and comfortable.
