Vivid Nails

I’ve been going to Amy for years! She is so much fun and a great nail artist. Sometimes she is very busy but always makes time for her clients. Prices are good, too! Love you , Amy!

My daughter and I were having a crummy day and decided to get our nails done. I knew without an appointment this might be a fruitless mission but we headed out anyway. We picked Vivid on a whim! When we walked in we were greeted, talked about what we wanted, and expectations were set. My daughter (5) had a great time and I'm thrilled with my fill in. I can't wait to set my next appointment. There are so many salons in the area that treat you like garbage, stare at you when you walk in, and make you wait instead of letting you know what the wait will be. Vivid is NOT that place. I'm grateful we were able to walk-in but would highly recommend having an appointment!

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I had a terrible experience at Vivid Nails. Even though I made an appointment ahead of time, there were three other customers there when I got there. She had me soak my nails for at least 20 minutes until my fingers turned white. She then quicky painted my nails sloppily with gel while another person was at her station too. I was charged $30 and now just a little over a week later, my nail polish is chipping. I know they are short staffed, but it wasn't right to be charged full price for quick service.

First-time at Vivid Nails today. Love my pedicure and Amy too! She is so super friendly it feels like she's a friend. She did my mother's SNS and helped her fix her toenail. Highly recommend! What a hard worker!

Amy is a wonderful person. She's always so creative. If you want something she will do her best to create it.
