Lovely Nails

I wish I could give it -1000 stars and receive my money back!! I called ahead they said $110 for full set acrylic manicure and gel pedicure. The lady gave me the wrong service for pedicure and gave me a acrylic pedicure instead of asking, and through the service I asked her are you sure I need this service and she proceeded and said yes, after completing the pedicure she said $190 for everything when I was originally told $110 over the phone for everything. She proceeds to yell in the store and talk in her language she tells me she doesn’t want to do my manicure which is unprofessional because it was her mistake and ANDY does my manicure after the person he was working with, I told Andy my feet are bubblegum base color and he proceeds with the colors he choose after shows him my inspo pict

I went to get SNS done at this location and i have been getting SNS for years and never had a problem at my normal salon. This lady took off my previous SNS by using fingernail clippers and shoving it in between the SNS and my real nail and broke my real nail. I was cut on 3 different fingers and to top it all off she cleaned her drill bits in the acetone my nails were soaking in. Then 2 days later one nail chipped and i went back and the only thing she did was file the one nail really short. WILL NEVER go back! worst experience of my life!

I have gone to this business for SEVERAL years and always been treated professionally. The owner worked with me when I learned I was allergic to acrylic and had to switch how my nails were done. The nail techs sometimes even surprise me and will do designs and on my nails to make me feel special. The last design is my favorite flower and he had no idea. When my dad passed away a few years ago the nails techs did all my sisters and nieces nails for the services. They were all respectful and sympathetic to our situation. Thank you!

I'll never go back!!! The place was dirty, they were rude and rushed us in and out the lady did 3 gel manicures if you can call it a manicure in 30 minutes. Tried using the same nail tools as the customer before us. Used the same polish remover on all of us then put the used remover back in the bottle. She did not get the loose skin around my cuticles. My polish has air bubbles in it looks bumpy and she did not polish my whole nail like on the sides and you can see my last color on the bottom of my nails. Very unprofessional and I'm very unhappy. All they cared about was seeing how many people they can get in. I'm sad I wasted my money but lesson learned.

My first time at this nail salon and my last time. The wife is rude. I almost left at the start of my pedicure service. Basic pedicure $45 I didn’t get a hot towel or lotion. Basic manicure with regular polish $30 no lotion, cuticle oil or massage. She did a terrible job with cleaning up my cuticle and shaping the nails. The polish in this shop isn’t the best. The husband try to make it right by polishing my nails. I ask if they have a menu board because I didn’t see any posted they both respond No so I say ya just make up prices and the wife respond Yes. Terrible salon.
