Palm Beach Tan

I love this location I’ve been coming here about a year or so now. There is hardly ever a wait & I go all different hours of the day & week if I ever did wait it was no less than 5 minutes. All the staff are so helpful & nice they always understand your questions & give the best recommendations for your skin tone & tan. It’s nothing but positive vibes from here & I’ve recommended a few people who also have great experience with palm beach.

I’ve always had a good experience here and the girls are so sweet but yesterday was different. I was going in for a spray tan, I was getting checked in they were training a girl, she was very sweet and helping me but she got confused and needed some help. I patiently waited when a girl swooped in not realizing my needs. she explained that my account was frozen and I needed to upgrade my membership. I was so confused because I was getting a spray tan so I said “Ok.. i’m confused” and she replied with “You’re confused?!😐” I was honestly giggling internally at that point because the situation was just a miscommunication but I couldn’t help but feel a little sad that she was rude. When I got to my spray tan room the towel on the ground also had someone else’s orange feet prints on it lol 😭😭 I

Had a wonderful experience this afternoon with two employees. The girls were very knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable, listened to me, gave me advice and recommendations. They made my first time visiting a memorable one and I not only feel good but look good. I loved the recommendations they gave and used them! Then how sweet they were while walking me through the steps and whole process was comforting for a first timer 🤗 Hearing them say, "we got you." Is something everyone likes to hear. The store was clean, the booths were clean, it was a calm environment, and felt welcoming. I'll be back 😁👍

Super friendly staff and the store seems very clean. I do wish there were newer spray tan booths and invest in a Versaspa Pro. My tan is nice and even. The staff is very helpful in finding your style and changing up your tan when you want to try something new.

Love this location and all the girls that work there. However, this location needs more spray tan booths. I’ve waited over 45 mins multiple times and some of those times only one person was working and totally swamped. This has also occurred with maybe 1 or 2 people in front of me. No reflection on the staff at all, but the location just needs more. Especially since some people choose to take 15-20 minutes for a 3 minute spray tan.
