Returning customer - the gentleman did an excellent job for his clients and normally, so does the lady. Yesterday- I witness two very exhausted people trying to adhere to their booked schedule- but ppl are coming back to back literally begging sometimes bullying them to give them services. Tbh- I walked in at 2:50 and he told me to return in 45 minutes. I did as instructed. His regulars are truly very understanding 4 came in and it was so obvious why these small business quiet spoken owners have sustained business of the years- they are so sweet- the atmosphere it’s an older very clean establishment I can’t give them a 5 but the overall picture My nails didn’t turn out as I wanted and I was offered to return. Would give zero stars if I could. I went in for a pedicure and manicure, the paint quality was terrible. Got gel but started coming off a week later later. Another lady used the same spa that was used for my feet and it was NOT cleaned after they was finished with me. I did advise the other customer fortunately. The woman tech put on my acrylics crooked on multiple fingers after i told her numerous times that they was crooked but she still proceeded with continuing my nails. The male tech there had to remove the acrylics and do it again, which he did do a decent job. I will never go back here to get my nails or feet done, especially since I know they do not clean properly and are unprofessional.

I love it there! He was so gentle and professional! I love the technique that he used with creating and molding my nails back!! They were so damaged before but, he restored them without over charging me! I will always go back and refer others!!

Owner does a very good job and very customer focus. Shop is not all fab but it is clean. I appreciate good service over well decorated shop and poor service and non customer centric. This is husband and wife establishment. Will definitely go back and my nails look fabulous 🙂
