Visible Changes (inside First Colony Mall)

Wonderful experience at this salon! Easy to book and friedly staff. Went for a haircut for my daughter (who is a preteen). Kyleigh was so good with her! My daughter had a good experience and she can be hard to please!!! Kyleigh was sweet, attentive, and gave her a wonderful haircut. Just booked our next appointment with her!

I got a hair wash. That’s all I asked for. The receptionist was nice and set me up with Aspen. Aspen was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The wash was great. She didn’t push anything only talked about a few things she was trying out. I went to wait for my boyfriend and a stylist asked if I was getting a blow dry and I said no. He asked a few more times and I caved. I didn’t like being solicited while I was waiting. I’ve never had that happen to me. What was supposed to be a 20 dollar bill turned into 75. The guy who solicited was a master stylist. Why didn’t he say something? Next time, I’d love to get the service I scheduled and not get pushed for more.

I went in for highlights, which were perfectly fine. Then I had to go to someone different to blow dry my hair and literally just to blow dry my hair plain $70. That’s ridiculous. I don’t know what Visible changes has come to but for blow dry your hair is just absolutely ridiculous. $70 is outrageous and they need to be reported to the BBB..

Kevin did an awesome job! The young lady that washed my hair (sorry, I don't remember her name) was also great. I needed help choosing products and tools to help me with my difficult hair and lack of hair care/knowledge, and they got me fixed up nicely.

Kyleigh is a phenomenal stylist. I went in looking and feeling down in the dumps but she changed everything and I left there looking and feeling like a million dollars. Men's or women's cuts this is the only stylist you will ever need.
