Lilly's Head Spa

I had an amazing experience at the spa. Lily did my facial and head massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. She was very gentle, professional, and kind. Everything was perfect – very clean place, very relaxing atmosphere, and I felt so comfortable from the beginning to the end. My skin feels fresh and my head feels so light and relaxed. Lily has magical hands. I really enjoyed my time and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommend her!

Soooo good and relaxing! Lilly was fantastic! I got the deluxe package and it was well worth it. She knew when to be gentle and when to add pressure without a single word. You can definitely tell she's a pro at this. I'll definitely be back for more sessions!

I tried Lily’s head spa and honestly... The whole place just feels calm the second you walk in. Nothing felt rushed or forced, just super peaceful. Lily herself is really sweet and easy to talk to, which made it even more comfortable. The actual head spa was sooo relaxing. I almost fell asleep a couple times, not even going to lie. My scalp felt refreshed, my hair felt soft, and my brain finally slowed down for a bit. It didn’t feel like one of those over the top spa experiences either, just genuine and really nice. If you’re looking for something relaxing and low key, I’d definitely recommend trying it. I left feeling lighter and way less stressed than when I walked in.

my start time was 7 or 8 minutes after my appointment. The room was small not like the video I saw that led me to book. If you’re African American I wouldn’t recommend I left with wet hair because she didn’t know how to blow dry our type. Which I felt like I should have got a discount being that I missed out on the blow out. She should advertise the hair types she can work with. I had a lil neck pain I had to tell her a few times to be gentle. I Found myself rushing because the next appointment showed up earlier. Lily was nice and polite but I paid full price for 85% service. The facial part was the best part for me and where I felt like I did benefit. soon as your in her chair to be blowed out your pressured to complete a review which is why I came back to my review to give a honest one

My experience was nothing short of amazing. Lilly was sweet, professional, and skilled. As a woman of color who had braids at the time of my services, I was impressed with how flexible she was with the package I booked by excluding the hair treatment. I went in due to high levels of stress and tension in my neck, so much so that I was experiencing frequent headaches. After I mentioned that to Lilly, she reassured me that she’d try her best to alleviate some tension. She did such an amazing job and I left feeling like a new woman. No more headaches for me. I’d recommend trying the Deluxe Package, it is well worth it.
