Yesterday I was looking for an eye brow pencil and one of the girls recommended me to see Jessica. Well I did an appointment with her . Jessica was very professional, she explained each step to me . Also she took her time to talk about each products while she was working on my eyebrows. She knows how to recommend the products you need. She did an excellent job! I’m so happy!

I recently visited Ulta Beauty Brow Bar for an eyebrow session, and I couldn’t be happier! Jessica is an absolute gem. Not only did she listen to my preference, but she also took the time to understand my face shape and natural brow arch. Jessica meticulously shaped my brows, ensuring they looked natural yet defined. Her technique was flawless!!!

I stopped waxing my eyebrows for 4 years now because I always end up with burnt skin despite the fact that I tell the brow person to please cool off the wax a little bit before applying. Today I decided to try waxing with Jessica. I told her my concerns, she listened. I have no burnt skin. She also checked with me if I like the shape and corrected the shape to my liking. My eyebrows look pretty and natural.

Ximena was amazing!!! She listened to what I was looking for in brow shape and took her time to carefully and perfectly achieve it! She also properly follows protocol unlike other places I have gone to. Sanitizes several times and is super clean! Super friendly and experienced! Loved it and I scheduled again to become her regular!

Ximena is the absolute BEST! She always does such an incredible job with my brows and makes sure it’s a team effort to get the shape I’m wanting! She’s also quick to help when I’m trying to figure out which products to buy - 12/10 experience
