If I could leave negative stars I would! Lamount is so UNPROFESSIONAL & messy. I purchased hair from his store as he was closing his salon, however he still sold & sales hair online (which means he was not going out of business completely he just lost his storefront). No where in the store nor on my receipt did it say all sales were final. I waited to install the hair I purchased from him, oh but when I did... the hair was matted and tangled after just a couple of days! I had to find him on social media to express to him that I was not satisfied with the hair I bought. I didn’t even ask for a full refund I asked if something could be done!
