I am writing this review to warn others.for the safety I went to Doll Mink for a scheduled service that was not completed. I asked multiple times for the service to stop, yet I was still charged an excessive amount despite the work not being finished. After I expressed concern about the charge, the situation escalated quickly. I was spoken to in a hostile and aggressive manner and was explicitly threatened. I was told that if I ever returned, something would be done to me. The language and tone used made me fear for my safety. I left the situation shaken and genuinely scared for my life. No business interaction should ever result in a client feeling threatened or unsafe. I have saved all messages, payment records, and details of what occurred. Jasmine is great!! She made my first facial experience better than I could’ve imagined and the massage was so relaxing. Her facility was cute and clean and she was very welcoming. I would recommend Flourish Xperience Spa to anyone in the area and I can’t wait for my next visit!
